Cooked up Fish in Thai sauce a while ago with a few changes. Paired it with some Yellow Jasmine Rice. It worked rather well.
Changes:
- We used Barramundi instead of Tilapia because that’s what we had. Definitely take the hint of cooking TWICE as much as the recipe says. At least!
- We used some Knorr concentrate.
Just delicious! Like we had gone out to eat.
